Insert the large metal chopping blade into the large

Food Processor. Add the
onion and celery and pulse to finely chop, about 8 to 10
pulses. Add the chicken and pulse about 5 to 6 times to
chop. Scrape the bowl and add the mayonnaise and
seasonings; pulse to achieve desired consistency.
