2. Touch SLOW COOK/SIMMER. The
AUTO SENSOR Indicator Light will
come on and the Display will show
“SL-CI’
3. Touch MORE (9) if you wish to
extend the cooking time. The Display
will not change.
4. Touch START The oven will automat-
ically cook and simmer at different
preset Cook Powers. The AUTO
SENSOR Indicator Light will stay on
to show that the oven is cooking the
food. Do not open the oven door
during this part of the cycle.
When you hear 2 beeps, the
AUTO SENSOR Indicator Light will
go off as shown at the left. This tells
you the door can be opened to stir or
turn food, or add ingredients.
When the food is done, you will
hear 4 beeps and the oven will auto-
matically go into KEEP WARM for
the remainder of the 11 hours, 59
minutes total time. The KEEP WARM
Indicator Light will come on and
SL-C will continue to be displayed.
Food is ready to serve anytime after
KEEP WARM Indicator Light is on.
When SLOW COOK/SIMMER
ends, “End” will show on the Display
and 4 beeps will sound. (You can
stop the beeping by opening the
door or by touching CANCEL.) “End”
will remain on the Display and a
beep will sound every 60 seconds
until the door is opened or CANCEL
is touched. The Display will then
show the time of day.
