8) After the engine is warm, push the
choke knob in fully, to its original
position.
NOTE:
If the choke knob is left pulled out, the
engine will stall.

STOPPING THE ENGINE
To stop the engine, release the throttle
lever, then push and hold the engine stop
switch (red button) with your left hand.
When the red button is pushed the igni-
tion stops, which stops the engine.
NOTE:
If leaving the water vehicle, choose the
“LOCK” mode on multifunction meter by
setting PADLOC, and remove the engine
stop switch lanyard to deter unauthorized
use. To set the mode, refer to “PADLOC”
of “MULTIFUNCTION METER”.
