Important Safeguards
The "Warning – Hazardous Voltage" label, shown
in Figure 1-2, is attached to the cover of the
electrical box. The label warns service personnel to
unplug the power supply before attempting any
service work on the case sealer.

The two "Warning – Keep Away From Moving
Belts" labels, shown in Figure 1-3, are located on
the side of the drive belt assemblies at the infeed
end. The labels warn operators and service
personnel to keep hands away from this area when
the drive belts are running.
Two "Warning Sharp Knife" labels, shown in
Figure 1-1, are attached to the sides of the upper
frame at the location of the cut-off knife on the upper
taping head. The labels warn operators and service
personnel of the very sharp knife used to cut the
tape at the end of the tape application.
Important – In the event the following safety
labels are damaged or destroyed, they must be
replaced to ensure operator safety. For safety
