Installing the Dispense Valve
To install the dispense valve:
• Mount the dispense valve
• Connect the air lines
• Connect material hose
Mounting the Dispense Valve
Attach the dispense valve to the mounting bracket on a
stationary support or robotic arm, using two socket head
screws (38) and flat washers (39).
Connecting Air Lines to
Dispense Valve
Securely connect air lines to dispense valve air
ports (F). Make sure to connect the appropriate air lines
to the appropriate ports.
Connecting Material Hose to
Dispense Valve
Securely connect the material hose to dispense valve
inlet port (A).
Refer to Dispense Valve manuals 308876 and 309376.
The customer must provide a four–way pneumatic
valve, activated by a separate on/off dispense sig-
nal via the robot, to control material flow.
