Control Hints
• The vent feature helps control humidity.
• The steam option requires 20 to 30 minutes
to recover prior to each use.
• For delicate baked goods, use the PULSE
AIRFLOW option.
• When first initiated, the vent stays open for
90 seconds, closes for 115 seconds and
reopens for 5 seconds. After the first venting
is complete, the vent will open for 5 seconds
every 115 seconds throughout the baking
cycle.
