OVEN PREHEAT
For the best results, the oven must be preheated
before baking begins.
1. Turn the power switch to the ON position.
2. Press TEMP. and enter the desired baking
temperature on the number keypad.
3. Confirm that the doors are closed. This
enables the rack carrier to lift and rotate.
4. Allow 20 minutes after the oven has reached
the set temperature for the steam system to
charge. The actual oven temperature is
displayed in the OVEN TEMP. window.
5. The oven is now ready for baking operations.
