Food probe
The food thermometer can be used with the Combi mode /
Roasting and Fan plus functions. A prompt will appear in the
display to remind you if the food thermometer should be used
with a particular automatic programme.

Insert the food probe as far as possible into the meat. The
tip should be inserted into the thickest part of the meat.
Make sure that the tip is not inserted into a layer of fat and
that it does not touch any bones.

Open the connection socket for the food probe and insert
the food probe into the socket as far as it will go.
Remove the food probe from the socket after use. Take
care as it could still be hot.
Never leave it in the steam combi oven when not in use. It
could get damaged by the heat produced in another
function. Keep it in a safe place, in a drawer, for example.
