3. Fuse Replacement
Replace fuses in accordance with Table 140- 1.

Do not install any ‘slow blow” fuses in the ES-6-I
KSU.

recommended that the most effective locally available form
of surge protection be supplied. CO Lines are protected by
the local operating (telephone) company. It is recommend-
ed that the most effective locally available form of protec-
tion be installed on CO/PBX lines by the local operating
(telephone) company.
