Step 4
Slide the front bearing over the baffle rod so the
flanged edge is against the door. Place the w hite
plastic guide bearing on the end of the baf fle rod. Do
not lubricate the front bearing or guide bearing.

Step 5
Insert thehandscrews into the slots inthe freezer door.
With both hands holding the sides of the freezer door ,
insert t he baffle rod into the center of the beater
assembly. The white guide bearing must fit securely in
the hole of the drive s haft.
Step 6
Finger- tighten the handscrews, making sure they are
tightened equally and that the door is snug. Do not
over- tighten the handscrews.

IMPORTANT! Handscrew and door damage can
result if the handscrews are over- tightened or if
one handscrew is t ightened more than the o ther.
Step 7
Install the draw valve. S lide the two o- rings into the
grooves on the draw valve and lubricate with Taylor
Lube.

Lubricatethe insideof thedoor spout from thebottom.
Insert the draw valve into the freezer door from the
bottom.
