Model 142 Operating Procedures
Priming
Prime the machine as close as possible to the time of
first product d raw.
Step 1
With a pail beneath the door spout, open the draw
valve. Fill the mix hopper with FRESH mix and allow
it to flow into the freezing cylinder. This will force out
any remaining sanitizing solution. When full strength
mix is flowing from the door spout, close the d raw
valve.
Note: Use only fresh m ix when priming the freezer.

Step 2
When the mix has stopped bubbling down into the
freezing cylinder, install the feed tube in the m ix inlet
hole.

Step 3
Place the toggle switch in the AUTO position. When
the unit cycles off, the product will be ready to serve.
Step 4
Place the mix hopper cover in position.

Install the splash shield under the freezer door.

Slide the rear drip pan into the hole in the front panel.
