Use a microwave-safe
container. Add water
to fill 2 inches deep.
Heat on high for 2
minutes to bring the
water to a boil. Break
eggs, one at a time,
into sauce dish; then
slip each egg into
water, holding dish
close Simmer 3 to 5
minutes on P 8
depending on degree
of doneness desired.
When done, remove
eggs with slotted
pancake turner or
spoon. Drain on paper
towels.
