Start-up
Apply power to the oven.
[`idle] will appear on the display.
If the Real Time Clock option is installed and [Setup] / [Cloc`] = [``yes], the time
of day will appear on the display.
Set the Menu
Depending on the way the controller was programmed at [Etype] / [Steps] you can
set the menu to run in one step or two.
[Etype] / [Steps] = [````1]: Single Step Menu
[Etype] / [Steps] = [````2]: Two Step Menu
Single Step Menu
The single step menu consists of one cooking temperature, one probe temperature, one
cooking time and one hold temperature.
Set the cooking and probe temperatures
1. Press the Cook Temp key.
[tENP1] and then the cooking temperature value will appear on the display.
2. Press the Up-arrow or Down-arrow key until the value you want appears on the dis-
play.
3. Press the Cook Temp key again.
The cooking temperature has been set.
[PtENP] and then the probe temperature value will appear on the display.
