Customer Assistance
Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC) provides the following types of customer
assistance for StorNext Management Suite (SNMS).
Telephone and e-mail support, as well as training for SNMS, is available through ADIC.
Depending on how you purchased technical support, telephone support is provided either through
your reseller or directly through ADIC.
The ADIC Technical Assistance Center (ATAC) in Denver, Colorado, provides world-wide service
and support.
