1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Red salsa
Vegetable oil
1. Preheat your Pizza Maker at 230°C
2. Brown and drain sausage. Add 2 Tbsp oil to pan and cook yellow onion until
soft. Add sausage, garlic and spices. Set mixture aside.
3. Brush pizza round with oil and turn up edge around entire round. Lay cheeses
on top of round and cover with sausage mixture. Layer with beans, chili pep-
pers and red onion.
4. Make sure that all exposed areas of pizza dough are brushed with oil.
5. Bake in your Pizza Maker for 8–12 minutes
6. When time elapses, remove pizza and sprinkle with salsa, cilantro and parme-
san.
PESTO PIZZA
Pesto can also be used as pizza sauce in other recipes. It can be refrigerated for
several days in a sealed container!
2 cups whole fresh basil leaves – washed and dried
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Provolone cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1. Preheat your pizza maker at 230°C
2. Place basil, garlic and pine nuts in food processor and blend to combine. Add
parmesan and romano cheese and blend again. Add olive oil and blend by hand.
3. Pierce pizza round with fork and brush with oil. Layer with mozzarella and Pro-
volone. Sprinkle lightly with oil over cheeses.
4. Bake for 8–12 minutes in your Pizza Maker
5. When time elapses, remove pizza and top with pesto sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Makes 2 – 12” double crusted pies.
6 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto – cut into slivers
6 oz. thinly sliced salami – cut into slivers
6 oz. thinly sliced Mortadella cheese – cut into slivers
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
