Preheat oven. Place on enamel shelf in upper position.
Turn halfway.
Place on Glass tray on wire shelf in lower position.
Place on micro-safe dish on base. Cover.
Place chicken breast side down on an upturned saucer
on Glass tray on base of oven. Turn halfway.
