3. Remote Controller Servicing Functions
Sensor temperature display function (displayed
both when unit is running and stopped)
Use the following check procedure to display the
sensor temperatures from the remote controller,
indoor unit, and outdoor unit sensors on the remote
controller display.
<Check procedure>

Press and hold the
(CHECK) button and
button simultaneously for 4 seconds or
longer.

The following appears on the remote controller
LCD display: unit No. X – X (main unit No.), item
code XX (sensor address), and service monitor
00XX (sensor temperature).

)
Press the temperature setting
and
buttons to change the item code to the
sensor address of the sensor you wish to monitor.
(For the relationship between the sensor address
and sensor type, refer to the sensor temperature
relationship table on next page.)
If group control is in effect, press the
button to change to the unit you wish to monitor.

Press the (CHECK) button to return to normal
remote controller operation.
<Note> The temperature display for units that are not
connected appears as “- - - -.”
If monitor mode is engaged during ordinary
operation, the only parts of the LCD display that
change are those shown in
in the figure.
The other parts remain unchanged during normal
operation.
