Step 5
Press the WASH key. This will cause the sanitizing
solution in the freezing cylinder to agitate. Allow it to
agitate for five m inutes.

With an empty pail beneath the door spout, raise the
prime plug.

Step 7
When a steady stream of sanitizing solution is flowing
from the prime plug opening in the bottom of the
freezer door, pull the draw handle down. Draw off all of
the sanitizing s olution.

Once the sanitizer stops flowing from the door spout,
raise the draw handle.Press theWASH key,cancelling
the beater motor operation.

before continuing these instructions.
Step 9
Lubricate the mix feed t ube o- rings located on the end
of the tube with the small hole on the s ide. Stand t he
mix feed tube in the c orner of the mix hopper.
