Touch

want. The Display will show what you touched.
This example shows you touched Number
Pad 6 for 60% of full power.
Touch START.
The TEMP COOK Indicator will continue to
flash. The Display will show “Cool” to show the
food is less than 95°F. As the food cooks, the
Display will show the internal temperature of
the food for every 5°F increase.
When the probe senses the temperature
you selected, the oven will shut off. “END” will
show on the Display and four tones will sound.
NOTE:
To change Cook Power while cooking,
repeat Steps 6 and 7 above. To change from a
lower Cook Power to high, touch POWER LEVEL
twice.
To check temperature setting
while cooking:
Touch TEMP COOK. The selected “done”
temperature will appear on the Display for a few
seconds.
Keep warm
The oven will continue to hold food at the “done”
temperature until the probe and food are re-
moved from the oven.
To keep food warm at a lower temperature:
1. Touch CLEAWOFF.
2. Touch the last two digits of the desired “keep
warm” temperature between 100°F and 199°F.
(“1” is already programmed.)
3. Touch START. “Hold” will appear on the
Display. The oven will continue to hold food at
the selected temperature until the probe and
food are removed from the oven.
