CONVECTION ROAST MODE
How Convection Roast mode works:
Heat
from both convection fans, with additional
h
eat from the broil element, intensifies the
convective and radiant heating in this mode. In
the 18" (457) oven, the single convection fan
w
orks with the top heat. This combination
gently browns the exterior and seals in juices,
making it perfect for roasting tender cuts of
beef, lamb, pork and poultry. The temperature
probe may be used in this mode.
The convection area of the oven dial is shown
in black on the oven selector knob bezel.
Refer to the Wolf Cooking Guide on pages
48–51. Use cooking times as a guide for other
similar foods.
