Broiling Pan and Griddle
The Broiling Pan
The broiling pan griddle allows for the proper drainage of cooking grease into the lower pan. Both the
griddle and pan should always be used when broiling.
If aluminum foil is used in the bottom of the pan, be absolutely sure it does not block the drain vents

Warming Drawer
These ranges are equipped with a warming drawer below the main oven. They have a variable thermostat,
which is on the right side behind the drawer front. When “ON”, a light will be visible on the control panel cooktop.
When removing the drawer ensure that the control is set to “0” (the off position) and the drawer is cool.
To remove the drawer, open the drawer until you see a plastic clip on the side of the track attached to the drawer.
Simply push down on the clip on each of the tracks and pull straight out.
To install the drawer simply slide the drawer back onto the track and the clips will automatically latch into
place.
Note: Do not use the warming drawer as a storage area.
