CONSUMER WARRANTY
ENTIRE PRODUCT – LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
AGA MARVEL warrants the replacement or repair of all parts, of this appliance which prove to be defecve in material or workmanship,
with the excepon of the painted or porcelain enamel nish or plated surfaces, for one year from the date of original purchase. Such
parts will be repaired or replaced at the opon of Heartland without charge, subject to the terms and condions set out below.
The warranty period against defects in the painted or porcelain enamel nish, or plated surfaces, is 90 days from date of original purchase.
The warranty does not include replacement of oven lamps or charcoal lters.
OVEN & WARMING DRAWER ELEMENTS - LIMITED SECOND THROUGH THIRD YEAR WARRANTY
HEARTLAND warrants the oven heang elements against defects in material or workmanship for an addional two years. These parts
will be repaired or replaced at the opon of Heartland without charge, but you pay for labour and transportaon subject to the terms
and condions set out below.
SMOOTH TOPS / SURFACE ELEMENTS - LIMITED SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR WARRANTY
HEARTLAND warrants the smooth cooktop and radiant solid heang elements against defects in material or workmanship only for
an addional four years. These will be repaired or replaced at the opon of Heartland without charge, but you pay for labour and
transportaon subject to the terms and condions set out below. Smooth cooktop will be replaced if it should: crack due to thermal
shock, discolor; or if the paern wears o. Radiant surface elements will be replaced should they burn out, under the terms and
condions set out in this warranty.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This warranty applies only for single family domesc use when the range has been properly installed according to the instrucons
supplied by Heartland and is connected to an adequate and proper ulity service. Damage due to faulty installaon, improper usage
and care (cookware le unaended), abuse, accident, re, ood, acts of God, commercial, business or rental use, and alteraon, or
the removal or defacing of the serial plate, cancels all obligaons of this warranty. Service during this warranty must be performed
by a factory Authorized Service Person.
2. Warranty applies to product only in the country in which it was purchased.
3. Heartland is not liable for any claims or damages resulng from any failure of the range or from service delays beyond their
reasonable control.
4. Heartland is not liable for damages to the smooth cooktop caused by the use of cleaners other than the recommended cleaning
creams specied in this owners manual; or damages caused by hardened spills of sugary materials that are not cleaned according
to the direcons in the owners manual or melted plascs or porcelain.
5. To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must present the original Bill of Sale, Model and Serial number. Components
repaired or replaced are warranted through the remainder of the original warranty period only.
6. The warranty does not cover expense involved in making this appliance readily accessible for servicing.
7. This warranty gives you specic legal rights. Addional warranty rights may be provided by law in some areas.
8. Adjustments such as calibraons, levelling, ghtening of fasteners, or ulity connecons normally associated with original installaon
is the responsibility of the dealer or installer and not that of Heartland.
9. If the product is installed outside the normal service area, any cost of transportaon expenses (tolls, ferry trip charges, or
mileage expenses, etc.) involved in the repair of the product, or the replacement of a defecve part, shall be borne by the cus
tomer (owner).
