The Broiling Pan
Thebroilingpangriddleallowsfortheproperdrainageofcookinggreaseintothelowerpan.Boththe
griddleandpanshouldalwaysbeusedwhenbroiling.
Ifaluminumfoilisusedinthebottomofthepan,beabsolutelysureitdoesnotblockthedrainvents
alongedgesofthepan.Manygreaseresarecausedbyimproperuseofbroilingpansand/orimproper
useofaluminumfoil.
Alwaysremovethebroilerpanfromthecompartmentassoonasyounishbroiling.Itmakesthepan
mucheasiertowashandthereisnochancethatthepananddrippingswillbeforgotten.Greaseleftin
thepancancatchreiftheovenisusedwithoutremovingthegrease.Letthepancoolrst,thenwash
thepanandgriddleinhotsoapywater.
Warming Drawer
Theserangesareequippedwithawarmingdrawerbelowthemainoven.Theyhaveavariablethermostat,
whichisontherightsidebehindthedrawerfront.When"ON",alightwillbevisibleonthecontrolpanelcooktop.
Whenremovingthedrawerensurethatthecontrolissetto"0"(theoffposition)andthedraweriscool.
Toremovethedrawer,openthedraweruntilyouseeaplasticcliponthesideofthetrackattachedtothedrawer.
Simplypushdownonthecliponeachofthetracksandpullstraightout.
Toinstallthedrawersimplyslidethedrawerbackontothetrackandtheclipswillautomaticallylatchinto
place.
Note: Do not use the warming drawer as a storage area.
