We at Taylor Companyare concerned about thesafety
of t he operator when he or she comes in contact with
the freezer and its parts . Taylor has gone to extreme
efforts to design and manufact ure built-in safety
featur estoprotect bothyouand the servicetechnician.
As an example, warning labels have been attached to
the freezer to furtherpoint out safety precautionsto the
operator.
IMPORTANT -- Failure to adhere to the
fol lowi ng safety p recautions may result in severe
personal injury. Failure to comply with these
warnings may damage the machine and its
components. Component damage will result in
part repl acement expense and service repair
expense.
To Operate Safely:
DO NO T operate the fr eezer without reading
this operat or’s manual. Failure to follow this instruction
may result in equipment damage, poor freezer
performance, health hazards, or personal injury.
S DO NOT operate the f reezer unless it is
properly grounded.
S DO NOT operate the f reezer with larger
fuses than specified on the freezer data
label.
S DO NOT attempt any repairs unless t he
main power supply to the freezer has been
disconnected.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in
electroc ution. Contac t your local authorized Taylor
Distributor f or ser vice.
DO NOT use a water jet to c lean or rinse the
freezer. Failure to follow thes e inst ructions may result
in s erious elec trical shock.
S DO NOT allow untr ained pers onnel to
operate this machine.
S DO NOT put objec ts or fingers in door
spout.
S DO NOT operate the f reezer unless all
service panels and access doors ar e
restrained with screws.
S DO NOT remove the f reezer door or beater
assembly unless the c ontrol switches are in
the “OFF” position.
Failureto followthes einstructionsmay result insevere
personal injury from hazardous m oving parts.
USE EXTRE ME CAUTION when removing
the beater assembly. The scraper blades are very
sharp and may cause injury.
This freezer must be placed on a level
surfac e. Failure tocomplymay result in personalinjury
or equipment damage.
DO NOT obstruct air intake and discharge openings :
A minimum of 6” (152 mm) on both sides, and 0” in the
rear is required. Install the skirt prov ided on the right
side of the unit. Failure to follow this instr uction may
cause poor freezer perfor mance and damage to the
machine.
This freezer is designed to operate indoors, under
normal ambient tem peratures of 70_-- 7 5 _F
(21_-- 2 4 _C). The freezer has successfully performed
in high ambient temperatur es of 104_F(40_C) at
reduced capacity.
NOISE LEVEL: Airborne noise emission does not
exceed 78 dB(A) when measured at a distance of 1.0
meter from the surfac e of t he machine and at a height
of 1.6 m eters from the floor.
