To test ASP Manager’s connections to supported devices, complete the following steps:
1. Start ASP Manager (page 31).
2. Select a server on ASP Manager’s main screen.
3. Choose Tools>Validate.
ASP Manager attempts to connect to the main server, and if it is able to log in, it issues
the status atm wsp command. If the WAN Processor Role field contains any value
other than “pending,” then ASP Manager can display the name, number, and link
status of each WSP in the network.
