3.5 Replace Product Container
Preparation
• Switch dispensing station off and safeguard against unauthorised use.
• Disconnect compressed air supply.
• Observe safety regulations.
Remove empty product container
• Raise Pump Unit (A) to top position (direction of arrow) and hold.
• Lightly hand tighten the locking screw (G). Pump unit is locked into place in top
position.
• Unscrew vent screw (O) from follower plate (S).
• Pull Receptacle (N) downward until it comes off.
• Pull empty product container downward until it comes off.
• Use suitable tool (spatula, piece of wood) to clean follower plate and wiper ring (B)
to remove coarse contamination from product residues.
