5.3.4 Re-assembling the pump – Re-installing the stator
• Slide the stator (9) all the way into the pump housing, pushing in direction of
arrow. Make sure that recess for anti-twist feature (8) is positioned correctly.
• Tighten screw (8) (anti-twist feature).
• Slip follower plate (7) back in place.
• Tighten 3x clamp nuts (3), sealing rings (6) and compression screws (4).
Tighten clamp nuts (3) uniformly. Be sure to align the follower plate
(7) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pump unit.
• Assemble and tighten vent screw (5).
