b. Assemble oven and check
operation.
D. Lift speed reducer off gearbox.
E. Insert at least two motor mounting screws
into motor flange and mate speed reducer
to motor. Hold the assembly while pressing
the rotate switch.
1) If output shaft on speed reducer
rotates, continue to step F.
2) If output shaft on speed reducer does
not rotate and motor is running, replace
speed reducer. Assemble oven and
check operation.
F. Manually rotate gearbox shaft which mates
with speed reducer to verify gearbox
function.
1) If crank arm does not rotate or worm
gear cannot be rotated, replace
gearbox. Assemble oven and check
operation.
2) If crank arm does rotate, recheck
previous steps to identify malfunction.
