STEP 13 – Remove drip trays.
Separate lower end of flexible connector from
drip tube (see page 1-4). Lift and rotate tray as
necessary to clear front and back hooks.
Hand wash drip trays. Sanitize drip trays and
drip tubes. Use paper toweling to dry inside and
outside of trays before reinstalling.
STEP 14 – Clean inside the merchandiser.
Once interior parts have been removed, collect
loose debris for removal. Do not clog waste
outlet.
STEP 15 – Clean and sanitize according to
Health Code requirements.
