5 Permanent settings in programming mode
You can reset the values of all products individually to the works set-
ting.
Example: Proceed as follows to reset the values of 1 espresso and
2 espressi to the works setting.
Precondition: The IMPRESSA must be switched off (standby).
T Press the Rotary Switch and the Espresso button for two sec-
onds at the same time until
OK appears.
The values of 1 espresso and 2 espressi are then reset to the
works setting. The IMPRESSA must be switched off
(standby).

ENERGY programme item:
Z SAVE -
U All coffee products as well as hot water can be prepared
without having to wait.
U The machine heats up before preparing cappuccino or
milk.
Z SAVE w
U Approx. 5 minutes after the last preparation the IMPRESSA
switches to the energy-saving temperature and is not ready
for use.
U Before coffee, hot water or milk can be prepared, the machine
heats up.
Example: Proceed as follows to change the energy-saving mode
from
SAVE - to SAVE w.
Precondition:
READY is displayed.
T Open the cover of the Rotary Switch.
k T Keep the Rotary Switch pressed until
RINSE appears.
g T Turn the Rotary Switch until
ENERGY - is displayed.
k T Press the Rotary Switch to enter the programme item.
SAVE -
g T Turn the Rotary Switch until SAVE w is displayed.
k T Press the Rotary Switch to confirm the setting.
OK appears briefly on the display to confirm the setting.
