SpeedLight during the
heating-up phase
As soon as the oven is started, the
SpeedLight lights up yellow. The rising
temperature is shown by the change in
the colour of the light from yellow via
orange to red.
When the required temperature is
reached, the SpeedLight turns red. As
soon as the temperature drops below
the set temperature, the colour of the
light changes accordingly.
You can change the default setting for
this (see "Settings - SpeedLight").
Manual operation
If you do not want to use an Automatic
programme you can enter the settings
for a cooking programme manually.

Place the food in the oven.
^
Switch the oven on with the K
sensor.
^
Select the required function and set
the temperature.
The oven will start heating, and the
cooling fans will switch on.
At the end of the cooking programme:
^ Switch the oven off and remove the
food.
Cooling fans
The cooling fans will continue to run for
a while after the oven has been
switched off to prevent any humidity
building up in the oven, on the control
panel or in the oven housing unit.
The fans are sensor-controlled, and will
switch off automatically.
You can change this standard default
setting. See "Settings - Cooling fan
run-on".
Change
Selecting "Change" brings up all the
options which can be changed, e.g. the
selected temperature.
