A foreign object (e. g.
cherry pit) has become
lodged in the drain pump.
Remove the foreign object
from the drain pump (see:

and non-return valve)
There is a knocking
noise from the water
pipe
This may be caused by
the installation or the
diameter of the water pipe.
This has no effect on the
functioning of the
commercial dishwasher. If
in doubt, contact a
plumber.
