Do not cool o a hot broiler with ice. The use of
ice may damage the castings, crack the welds, or
warp the broiler grate castings which will void
the warranty.
Once the unit has cooled, external stainless steel
panels should be cleaned using a mild detergent
and/or a food-safe liquid cleaner designed to
clean stainless steel. If necessary to use a non-
metallic scouring pad, always rub in the direction
of the grain in the metal to prevent scratching.
Wash a small area at a time and rinse the
washed area with a clean sponge dipped into a
disinfectant and wipe dry with a soft clean cloth
before it can dry.
It is recommended to clean the control screen
only with a damp soft cloth.
Use only stainless steel, wood or plastic tools
to scrape o heavy deposits or oil. Do not use
ordinary steel scrapers or knives, as iron particles
may become embedded and rust. NEVER USE
STEEL WOOL.
Rinse with clean water and wipe away residue
with a clean, dry cloth.
The grease drawer should be emptied as
