Note: To achieve a better baking result, prepare
the dough with a mixer. Then place the finished
dough in the baking mould. Using the button “Bre-
ad weight” enter the weight 1000 gr. Select the
desired degree of browning for your bread. Please
note that the quantities given are intended as gui-
ding values. Small variations may arise in the ba-
king result.
