Removing and cleaning the
Temperature Probe:
1. After oven has shut off, unplug the
Temperature Probe using an oven mitt or
hot pad.
2. Wipe probe with a sudsy cloth and dry
thoroughly. Use a plastic scouring pad to
remove cooked-on foods.
3. You can place probe in the silverware
basket of a dishwasher.
Burn Hazard

Failure to do so can result in burns.
Using AUTO ROAST
AUTO ROAST lets you roast food with the
Temperature Probe, without needing to
enter a final food temperature. The probe
will turn off the oven when it senses the
preprogrammed final food temperature for
the food category you chose.
1. Perform Steps 1,2, and 3 under
“Cooking with the temperature
probe.”
2. Choose food category.
Keep touching AUTO ROAST until the
desired food category appears on the
Display. See “Auto roast chart” for
categories.
