Cooked meat and

The
food
must
be
very
cold.
If
possible,
use
a
chunk
ol
food
jusl
large
enough
to
fit

To
make

skips
of
ham,
bologna
or
luncheon
meat,
slack
slices

them.
Then
roll

them
double
and
sland

in

lube,
wedging
in

many
rolls
as
possible.

technique
works

with
square
or
rectangular
pieces
