chopped
1largeonion,finelychopped
¼cupsultanas
1½cupsapplecidervinegar
¼teaspoonchillipowder
½teaspoongroundcumin
½teaspoongroundcoriander
1teaspoonmustardpowder

150°C.Whenheated,settimerfor1hour
andpressSTART.Addallingredientsto
thepan.Allowtocookuncovered,stirring
occasionallyuntilthickandmostofthe
liquidhasevaporated.

chutneyintohotsterilisedglassjarsand
sealwithpreservingorplasticlids.
