Sanitizing
Step 1
Prepare a pail of approved 100 PPM sanitizing solu-
tion (examples: 2-1/2 gal. [9.5 liters] of Kay-5R or
2 gal. [7.6 liters] of Stera-SheenR). USE WARM
WATER AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S
SPECIFICATIONS.
Step 2
Place the pail of sanitizing solution inside the mix
cabinet.
Step 3
Brush clean the mix inlet tube with the long brush
and the sanitizing solution.

Step 4
Connect the free end of the flare line to the threaded
fitting on the mix inlet tube.

Step 5
Attach the quick disconnect fitting of the pressure
line to the other fitting on the mix inlet tube, just
above the flare line. Allow the other end to hang
free.

Insert the free end of the suction line and the
pressure line into the pail of sanitizing solution.

Place the power switch in the ON position.
