Basic operations and the LCD display
The [MASTER VOLUME] control affects both the
volume of the speakers and and the volume of
headphones connected to the PHONES jack.
Turn it to the left
to decrease the
volume.
Turn it to the right
to increase the
volume.
Adjusting the volume

Repeat indication
Displayed when
Repeat is on.
Measure number
Song number and name
Press the [SONG] button to highlight the
row and select the song.
Style number and name
Press the [STYLE] button to highlight the
row and select the style.
Voice number and name
Press the [VOICE] button to highlight the
row and select the voice for the Main Voice.
You can call up the various voice “modes”
(MAIN/DUAL/SPLIT/MELODY L/MELODY
R) by holding down the [VOICE] button.

Lights when SmartMedia card is
accessible.
* SmartMedia card is not accessible

When the power is turned on, the MAIN display automatically appears. This display shows at a glance
the basic settings of the instrument, including the current song, style, voice, and other settings.
* To adjust the display contrast for best
viewing, use the [LCD CONTRAST] knob
on the rear panel.

Lights when a User song
is being recorded.
LOW BATTERY!!
Battery power is too low for proper operation.
Replace all batteries right away. (See page 10.)
