Close the drain-valve and leave the filter
pump on to fill the frypot.
With the drain-valve closed, frypot fills with
oil.
When the filter pan empties, bubbles will
form in the frypot. Allow bubbling to continue
15-20 seconds to ensure the oil return lines
are clear of shortening.
Turn off filter pump.
