Stuffed Potatoes with Bacon
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes 4 people - MICROWAVE and COMBINATION COOKING
Containers: 1 Pyrex® dish, 25 cm diameter, and 1 bowl.
Wash the potatoes and prick the skins in several places.
Place around the edges of the Glass Tray. Cook for 15 to
17 minutes on MAX. Remove and wrap in aluminium foil.
Leave to stand for at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the
chopped onion in a bowl with butter, covered, for 3 minutes
on MAX. Cook the bacon pieces for 30 seconds to 1
minute on MAX, then drain. Mix together the soft cheese,
grated cheese, onion and bacon pieces. Hollow out the
inside of the potatoes with a teaspoon; season to taste. Fill
the potatoes with the mixture. Place the potatoes in the
dish on the Wire Rack and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on
Combination mode: GRILL 2 + 440 W (or Combination
mode with 600W if the potatoes have been prepared in
advance).
4 potatoes (approx. 900 g),

Carrots with Orange and Cumin
Cooking time: 20-22 min 4-5 people - MICROWAVE
Container: 1 bowl and 1 Pyrex® dish, 27 cm diameter
Cook the chopped onion in the bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil for
2 min 30 s on MAX. Cut the peeled carrots into even-sized
rounds. Place in the dish with the onion, cumin, honey and
the juice and grated zest of the orange. Cook for 18 to 20
minutes on MAX. Halfway through cooking, stir and
season. These carrots can also be served cold as a starter.

Container: large casserole + lid
Place oil, onion, pepper, chilli and carrots in a large casse-
role, cover and cook on HIGH power for 4-5 mins. or until
softened. Add chilli and cumin. Stir in bulgar wheat,
chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and water. Cover and
cook on HIGH power for 10 mins. Stir in red kidney beans,
cover and cook on HIGH power for 2-3 mins.
