Appliance Company voids the
certification and warranty of

SHIPPING DAMAGE
CLAIM
The equipment in this ship-
ment was carefully inspected by
rigid standards and packaged by
skilled personnel before leaving
the factory. Upon delivery,
thoroughly inspect your Wolf
unit for any damage. Report
any damage to the delivery
carrier immediately. The trans-
portation company assumes full
responsibility for safe delivery
of this equipment.

cannot assume responsibility
for damage or loss incurred in
transit. However, we will be
glad to furnish you with the
documents necessary to support
your claim.
