BARISTA TIP: Pods are a great for barista novices as the
coffee is already the perfect grind and tamped to the ideal
pressure. They offer consistently good results without the
worry or the mess.
USING ESE PODS
MAKE SURE ALL THE FILTER PAPER SURROUNDING
THE COFFEE IS TUCKED INSIDE SO THAT THE RIM
OF THE FILTER IS CLEAR. IF YOU DON

You will need an ESE size 44 pod to
fit your Dualit coffee machine. Look
out for the ESE logo on compatable
coffee pods.
Coffee pods are widely available, both
on the internet and in high-street shops.
Enter 'ESE pod' into a search engine to buy on-line or to
find your nearest retailer. If you are having trouble finding
pods please call the Dualit helpline for pod stockist
information.
1. Select the ESE filter (17) and snap into the filter holder
(7). You can only make one espresso at a time using
ESE pods.
2. Place one fresh coffee pod into the filter. Make sure all
the paper is tucked inside.

Ensure all the filter paper surrounding the coffee is tucked
inside the filter. The filter holder rim must be kept clear to
create a water-tight seal once locked into the brewhead.
