STEAM WAND AND FROTH NOZZLE
WARNING: THE STEAM EMITTED FROM THE WAND
IS VERY HOT AND CAN CAUSE SCALDING. CLEAN
THE STEAM WAND AND NOZZLE AFTER EVERY USE,
ONCE IT HAS COOLED DOWN.
1. Pull the froth nozzle (16) off the steam wand (14) and
wash under running water to remove milk residues.
Once clean, place in the accessory holder (2). This way
you will always have a clean nozzle ready for your next
coffee.
2. Clean the steam wand with a damp cloth. Do not
use abrasive detergents or scouring pads as these
could damage the appliance.
3. Using a jug of water, briefly immerse the steam wand
into the water and turn the control knob (5) to the
steam position, with the steam/water selector (13) set
to steam. This will get rid of any residue milk inside of
the steam wand. Rinse by passing water through the
wand.
4. If the steam wand becomes blocked use a pin to
remove any residue build up. To avoid this clean after
every use.
