If Collation is ON, the pages of the print job are
collated. For example, if the job contains three pages
and two copies are requested, collated output prints
pages 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. If collation is set to OFF,
uncollated output prints pages 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3.
