OPERATION
C. Shutdown Procedure
1. Turn the blower and heat switches to "0" (off).
NOTE: The blowers will remain on, until the oven
temperature cools down to 93°C (200°F) at which time
they will stop automatically.
2. Turn the conveyor switch to "0" (off), after making
certain that there are no products left on the conveyor
inside the oven.
3. Turn off the main gas supply valve.
4. Open the window.
Power Failure
In case of power failure, turn off all switches, open the
oven window on each oven section, and remove all
products from the conveyor. After power has been re-
stored, perform the normal startup procedure.
D. Products Baked/Cooked in Ovens
The oven can be used to bake and/or cook a wide variety
of food products, such as pizza, pizza-type products,
cookies, sandwiches, and others.
