Check for correct
setting of conveyor
speed control.
Set conveyor speed
control at correct setting.
Check set tempera-
ture on temperature
controller of each
oven section.
Refer to OPERATION
Section for procedure
to set temperatures
correctly.
If products still cook
incorrectly call your local
Middleby Marshall
Authorized Service Agent.
Verify food
preparation
process.
PROBLEM:
OVEN SECTION(S) WILL NOT HEAT
Check to see if both blower
switch and heat switch are in the
"I" (on) position
If still no heat, call your local Middleby
Marshall Authorized Service Agent.
