9. BRL NOT COOLING - A freezing c ylinder
check has been established for the AUTO
mode of operation. If a freezing cylinder enters
the AUT O mode, the control will check product
temperature. After five m inutes, it will again
check product temperature. If pr oduct
temperature does not drop in that five minute
time span, the freezing cylinder will shut down
and t his message will appear on the fault
screen. F or this check to be valid, the product
temperature must b e above 4 0_F(4.4_C).

10. BRL TEMP 2 HIGH - A maximum allowable
product temperature has been es tablished t o
prevent product from excessive heating. If the
product exceeds 120_F(49_C) temperature for
any reason (in any mode of operation), the
entire unit shuts down.

Faults, w hen corrected, are cleared from the fault
description screen, with the following exception:
BRL NOT COOLING. This fault r equires the
operator to press the OFF (<- - ) key (when in the
F AULT DESCRIPTION screen) in order for the fault
to discontinue.
To s ee if there is more than one fault i n either
freezing cylinder, p ress the PRIME ( + + +) key. To
return to the OPERATOR MENU, press the MENU
(SEL) key once. To return to the Main Screen, use
the AUTO (- - >) key to cycle to MENU ITEM A,
then press t he MENU (SEL) key.
Screen C is SET CLOCK.UsetheAUTO(- ->)
and O FF (<- - ) keys to plac e the cursor under the
element to be set (hours, minutes, month, day, or
year). Use the PRIME (+++) and BEATER ( - - - )
keys to increment or decrement t he value. Press the
MENU (SEL) key to advance to the Daylight Saving
T ime screen.
Note: The clock is programmed with military time.

This screen allows the Daylight Saving Time options.
If the Daylight Saving Time option is enabled, then
the time will be advanced by one hour at 2:00 a.m.
on t he first Sunday in April, and will be retarded by
one hour at 2:00 a.m. on the l ast S unday in October .

Screen D is MANUAL DE FROST. This screen
allows the operator t o manually defrost the left side
of the unit.
Place the cursor under YES, press the MENU (SEL)
