Screen F is CURRENT CONDITIONS. This screen
displays the current v iscosity, product temperature,
and pressure for eac h freezing cylinder. An asterisk
will indicate which side is refrigerating. Press the
MENU (SEL) key to return to the OPERATOR
MENU.
Note: V iscosity is checked only when product
temperature is below 40

Screen G is FAULT HISTORY. This option provides
a record of the las t 20 faults. The display also
indicates the date and time each fault occurs.

increase or decrease the fault page.
Page numbers are located in the upper right hand
corner of the display. The most r ecently recorded
fault will appear on page 1. The fault description is
listed on the third line of the fault page.
