Microwaves only
For fresh fish, it is preferable to use power
600W so that the Inverter technology preserves
the texture and flavour of the fish as much as
possible.
Container and accessories
Only use dishes which are microwave safe,
placed directly on the
glass tray. As
cooking this way
uses little liquid, it is
imporant to cover
the dish with a lid
or pierced cling-
film.
Standing time:
The standing time after cooking is relatively
short (2-3 min), but it is essential to ensure the
fish is evenly cooked.
Using combination or traditional
cooking
Combination: Grill or Convection +
Microwaves.
Preheat the oven
in Combination
mode using
Convection 220°C
+ 250W or 100W
(depending on the
size of fish), to
braise larger fish on the wire rack.
Traditional cooking methods (Convection
heat, or Grill).
For small fish or kebabs placed on the wire
rack. For fish parcels in aluminium paper, or
large fish, placed on the metal tray. Preheat
the oven.
Containers and accessories
Depending on the size and thickness of the
fish, the heat-resistant dish is placed on the
metal tray or on the wire rack. For combination
cooking, the dish must also be microwave safe.
As these cooking methods use radiant heat,
the dish must not be covered.
Cooking time per 500g.
